service. This Service aims to reveal the extent of your personal information available online.
Currently, the Service is available to individuals residing in the USA.

 Users must provide accurate information to enable us to conduct the audit.
 Neptune Security Limited is not liable for inaccurate results stemming from incorrect or
incomplete information provided by the user.
 If the provided information cannot be verified, we will issue a refund instantly.

 The Online Identity Audit is a one-time payment service.

We comply with all relevant security laws and use high-grade encryption to protect the data
collected. Users consent to the collection, use, and retention of their data as described in our
Privacy Policy. We will not share user data with third parties except as necessary to perform the
Service.

By agreeing to use our services, you are allowing us to use any means necessary to find how
much of your personal information is available online. This includes but is not limited to
searching both the clear web and the dark web, and using third-party tools or services.

 Neptune Security Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of our Service.
 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.
 We are not responsible for any actions taken by users based on the audit findings.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through
binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration
(LCIA). The arbitration will take place in London, England, and the decision of the arbitrator
will be final and binding.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website,
and your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of England and Wales.

 If we do not find any sensitive information about you online, such as your social security
number, driver’s license, credit report, financial information, or other specific data that
could endanger you or your accounts, you are eligible for a refund.
 Refund requests must be submitted to support@neptunesecurity.net within 7 days of the
transaction.
 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid request.
 A valid request must include proof of identity and transaction details.
 Disputes will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws, with
necessary documentation provided for resolution.
 This refund policy applies only to our Online Identity Audit services.

 We will cancel the audit and provide a refund if the details you provide cannot be
accurately verified.

 If you submit your details by mistake, you have 24 hours to contact us at
Admin@neptunesecurity.net to cancel the audit.
 Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of submitting your details.
 Once this timeframe has passed, you won’t be able to cancel the audit.
